Here we go in the Quadrill!

The first tenants and companies are steadily moving into their new premises and apartments at QUADRILL!

• Today, February 26, BILLA AG officially opens the new store.
• BRAU UNION ÖSTERREICH is currently relocating its headquarters to VIRGINIA.
• The bread studio is already open and we are looking forward to a fantastic range of fresh pastries, delicious pastrami and very good coffee.
• From April, the ARCOTEL Tabakfabrik hotel will start with a “soft opening”. You can even book rooms already. The official opening is in June.
• Sparkasse Oberösterreich starts in March.
• Anytime Fitness has been welcoming sports enthusiasts (and anyone who wants to become one) since the beginning of January
• Many tenants have also already moved in.
• Short-term parking is now also possible in the QUADRILL underground parking garage!

MORE TO COME: MIYAKO will also start at the beginning of March, JURA coffee machines will join in April and L’CHAIM will open its doors at the beginning of May. We look forward to seeing you there!
