Tabakfabrik is not an office location – it is a diverse and vibrant ecosystem.
Start-ups, established companies, creative professionals, educational institutions, research teams and industry partners work side by side here. This diversity is no coincidence, it is curated – and it is our greatest strength.
What makes us special?
The spatial concentration on the site and the active organization of encounters. We connect different persons – consciously, regularly and with attitude. Formats such as the “Community BEER & BBQ”, our monthly “Community Beer” – each at a different organization on the site – and many other events create exchanges at eye level and authentic inputs. Regular networking makes it easier to get started; the “Hello Newbies!” guided tour helps new tenants and employees get to know the site and the most important places. Workshops, impulse formats and joint initiatives promote co-design and identification.
