Topics such as politics, the global climate or the dynamics in the classroom are discussed openly. There is room for opinions, acceptance and tolerance &#8211; because hating is easy, loving is harder. In order to give this love and connection space and time, we try to perceive the participants with their emotions and topics and pick them up where they are in their development,&#8221; Romy sums up.<br\/><br\/>Parents often experience a positive change in their children. They become more relaxed, learn to listen and communicate more attentively. Parent training is also particularly popular. The feedback is very appreciative: &#8220;I finally understand my child! There is a memorial plaque in their honor at Tabakfabrik, which was unveiled on the second of May 2002. Tabakfabrik was the first company in Linz to honor employees who died in resistance to the Nazi regime in this way.
